1. The Service is beta software

The Service is provided on a beta basis. Features, pricing, data feeds and availability may change at any time without notice. The Service may contain bugs, experience downtime, or return delayed or incorrect data. You use it at your own risk and with the understanding that it is under active development.

2. Paper-first execution; live trading

The Service is paper-first: by default, all trading is simulated with virtual funds and has no real-world financial effect. Where live trading is offered (e.g. via your own exchange API key), it is subject to additional gating, explicit user enablement, and exchange-side terms. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or counterparty. All live execution happens on third-party venues under their own terms, and you are solely responsible for any orders placed through the Service, including orders placed by automated features (e.g. Autopilot) that you have enabled.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing in the Service — including AI trade scores, signals, probabilities, grades, analyses, or the output of any engine — constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or asset. All outputs are informational and generated by automated systems. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. Your obligations

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not misuse the Service: no attempts to breach security, overload infrastructure, scrape at abusive rates, resell access, or use the Service for unlawful activity.
You must not rely on the Service for regulatory, tax or reporting obligations without independent verification.
Where you connect third-party API keys (e.g. a crypto exchange key), you confirm you are authorized to do so and understand the permissions you grant.

5. Accounts and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access — with or without notice — for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, security risk, or extended inactivity. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Live positions held at third-party venues are not affected by termination of your Service account.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that market data, scores or signals will be accurate, complete or timely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Name], its affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
